Shipping & Returns

All shipping prices will be reflected in your cart at checkout. All shipping is case by case and will be shipped using standard shipping methods unless otherwise specified by the customer.

SERA Merch will accept returns of damaged items or orders that were incorrect. If an order needs to be returned, the customer will have 10 days upon delivery to notify SERA Merch of the problem. After confirmation is received from SERA Merch, the customer will then have 15 days to ship the item back.

Any items that need to be exchanged for whatever reason can be done so but the customer will be responsible for shipping.
